Registered trademark monitoring
Along with the amendments brought on 09.06.2010 to Law no. 84/1998 on trademarks and geographical indications, the duty to check in the trademark registration procedure, the existence / non-existence of an identical / similar trademark that was previously registered is no longer the OSIM`s responsibility.
It is now the responsibility of the trademark ownership. In this case you can use our services for a daily check on Official Bulletin of Industrial Property and find out if there were published any identical / similar applications to your trademark. This is necessary in order to be able to take legal action against trademark applications that infringe your rights, within the legal deadlines.
Our specialists will be constantly concerned with protecting your trademark rights by drawing reports and they will inform you immediately if identical or similar trademark applications have been filed for registration.
